The Self Syllabus is for forward-thinking individuals who take personal ownership for their success. It follows the thinking that unless you do your inner work, you won’t develop the proper mindset to unlock your highest potential. Yet most people lack a methodology for developing themselves.
The Self Syllabus fills that void.
It offers a framework of self-reflective exercises, practices, in-the-moment coaching, and diagnostic tools — customized to the parts of you that you most want to explore: Life. Love. Leadership. You’ll raise self-awareness, expand learning, empower well-being, and accelerate achievement in a supportive environment.
It’s packed with extensive research in the areas of behavioral and relational psychology, neuroscience, entrepreneurship, career development, leadership, personal branding, and spirituality.
Wisdom is shared from my lived experiences, the knowledge acquired through esteemed authors in the human development field, and over two decades of coaching people from all walks of life, all over the world.
Look who’s talking.
Most of us can identify with our incessant self-talk chatter. We ruminate about the past or imagine what might happen in the future — rather than staying in the present. Such chatter can conjure up a great deal of negative emotions.
It can distort our perceptions of ourselves and others, leading us to make poor decisions based on biased information. We can lose the ability to self-regulate our thoughts and emotions. Let’s face it: we’re often poor self-examiners of what lies below the surface.
Which brings us to the Big Question: Is it effective?
Here’s an example of the feedback from a Self Syllabus participant:
“Thank you, Cindy, for the investment you’ve made in me through this process. You’re a super special person who I can’t stop being amazed about. You give so much. Your passion for your work is amazing. Your insights, touch, and delivery of the process are pure genius. The way you build trust and use the data to enrich the process to reach the highest level is masterful. I know I’m a lucky person to have experienced something so remarkable but also to see it delivered so personally.” — J.R.
