Syllabus

The Self Syllabus: Life. Love. Leadership.

The Self Syllabus is designed for forward-thinking individuals who take personal ownership of their success. It is rooted in the belief that inner work is essential to developing the mindset needed to unlock your highest potential — yet most people lack a clear, meaningful method for self-development.

The Self Syllabus fills that gap.

It offers a comprehensive, thoughtfully curated sequence of proprietary self-reflective exercises, assessment tools, and personalized feedback and coaching.

Whether you’re focused on Life. Love. or Leadership, every element is designed to deepen your self-awareness and accelerate your growth. Each pathway provides a unique emphasis: I LIVE! for Life, I DO! for Love, and I LEAD! for Leadership.

Built on decades of expertise, this structured process supports and challenges you, creating a deeply engaging and rewarding learning experience.

It draws on extensive research in behavioral and relational psychology, neuroscience, entrepreneurship, career development, leadership, personal branding, and spirituality. It is also shaped by my lived experience and years of coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds, across the country and internationally.

Intentionally crafted as a multi-beneficial learning experience, the Self Syllabus allows insights from one pathway to inform another. A leadership skill, for example — leveraging your gifts and addressing your gaps — may also strengthen Love and Life, making the journey both efficient and deeply interconnected.

Listen to Your Inner Dialogue.

Most of us know the constant chatter of self-talk — ruminating about the past or worrying about the future instead of staying present. That chatter can stir negative emotions, distort how we see ourselves and others, and lead to decisions shaped more by bias than truth.

It can also make it difficult to regulate our thoughts and emotions. The truth is, we often struggle to examine what lies beneath the surface — the underbelly.

So the Question Becomes: Is It Effective?

Here is one reflection from an I LEAD! participant:

“Thank you, Cindy, for the investment you’ve made in me

“Thank you, Cindy, for the investment you’ve made in me through this process. You’re a super special person who I can’t stop being amazed about. You give so much. Your passion for your work is amazing. Your insights, touch, and delivery of the process are pure genius. The way you build trust and use the data to enrich the process to reach the highest level is masterful. I know I’m a lucky person to have experienced something so remarkable but also to see it delivered so personally.”  — J.R.
