Let me ask: What did you come into this world to do?
“I came into this world to reach, teach, and touch the lives of an infinite number of people in this world through the ripple effect.”
I hope my clients share this vision too, paying forward what they learned, processed, and put into action.
Life Requires Entrepreneurship
I credit my dad, George, with instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in me at an early age. He started the first coin-operated laundromat in Arizona and eventually expanded to four locations. I earned an allowance helping to clean the laundromats, but I also figured out that if I stuck a wad of gum on the end of a stick to fish for coins that had missed the slot and fallen between the machines, I could profit from my effort!
Through my early business-focused “training,” I came to see the value of thinking like an entrepreneur — even in life. That is how I guide clients, too: like a startup. Startups invest in themselves. They know their assets and liabilities, define the outcomes they seek, and continually remake themselves as they grow and conditions change.
Change Does Not Scare Me
I have come to understand life’s complexities through my own transformations. The Phoenix rising from the ashes feels especially true for me — a symbol of reinvention, resilience, and never giving up. I have learned to rise with change, not run from it. That is part of why I relate so deeply to those navigating transitions and crossroads — I have lived it too.
I Offer a Fresh Perspective
Many people hold the answers to their own circumstances. It is just that the stories running in the background can mask what they truly need to address. Resistance to what is stops them cold, paralysis sets in, and they begin to argue with reality. I help bring into view what has been hard to name and hard to see.
This Work is Not Therapy, But Therapeutic
It is forward-moving, action-oriented work focused on real change in real time. We look to the past to learn, understand, and make sense of what informed us, but we do not stay there. I believe in therapy, and this work can stand on its own or work meaningfully alongside it.
What Brings Me Joy
I take great in founding a company that clearly changes lives, yet my deepest joy will always be being a mom to my amazing adult son, a mother-in-law to his wonderful wife, and grandmother “CiCi” to their two young children.
My Credentials Speak for Themselves
