It draws on extensive research in behavioral and relational psychology, neuroscience, entrepreneurship, career development, leadership, personal branding, and spirituality. Wisdom is shared from my lived experiences and years of coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds, across the country and internationally.

Intentionally crafted for a multi-beneficial learning experience, insights from one area —  such as a leadership skill — can often be applied to the others, making the learning journey highly efficient and interconnected.

Look who’s talking.

Most of us are familiar with the constant chatter of self-talk — ruminating about the past or worrying about the future instead of staying present. This chatter can stir up negative emotions, distort how we see ourselves and others, and lead to poor decisions based on bias.

It can also make it difficult to regulate our thoughts and emotions. The truth is, we often struggle to examine what’s beneath the surface — the underbelly.
