The Self Syllabus is for forward-thinking individuals who take personal ownership for their success. It follows the thinking that unless you do your inner work, you won’t develop the proper mindset to unlock your highest potential. Yet most people lack a methodology for developing themselves.
The Self Syllabus fills that void.
It offers a thorough Inner Self roadmap — a masterfully curated sequence of self-reflective exercises, assessment tools, and personalized feedback and coaching.
Whether your focus is Life. Love. or Leadership every element is tailored to help you elevate your self-awareness and accelerate your growth. Built upon decades of expertise, this structured curriculum supports and challenges you, ensuring a deeply engaging and rewarding learning experience.
The syllabus is intentionally crafted to create a multi-beneficial learning experience across my focus areas: Life. Love. and Leadership. Insights gained from the sequence of learning modalities in one area can seamlessly apply to the others. For instance, a concept, technique, or skill developed in Leadership can often be equally valuable in Life or Love. This interconnected approach makes the educational journey highly efficient.
It’s packed with extensive research in the areas of behavioral and relational psychology, neuroscience, entrepreneurship, career development, leadership, personal branding, and spirituality. Wisdom is shared from my lived experiences and decades coaching individuals from all walks of life, all over the world.
Look who’s talking.
Most of us can identify with our incessant self-talk chatter. We ruminate about the past or imagine what might happen in the future — rather than staying in the present. Such chatter can conjure up a great deal of negative emotions.
It can distort our perceptions of ourselves and others, leading us to make poor decisions based on biased information. We can lose the ability to self-regulate our thoughts and emotions. Let’s face it: we’re often poor self-examiners of what lies below the surface.
Which brings us to the Big Question: Is it effective?
Here’s an example of the feedback from a Self Syllabus participant:
“Thank you, Cindy, for the investment you’ve made in me through this process. You’re a super special person who I can’t stop being amazed about. You give so much. Your passion for your work is amazing. Your insights, touch, and delivery of the process are pure genius. The way you build trust and use the data to enrich the process to reach the highest level is masterful. I know I’m a lucky person to have experienced something so remarkable but also to see it delivered so personally.” — J.R.
